I specialize in high-end, customized personal training and athletic performance from beginners to pro athletes. I have worked with NFL athletes such as Kenneth Dixon (RB for Baltimore Ravens), Vernon Butler (DT for Carolina Panthers), Zach Orr (former Baltimore Ravens All Pro Linebacker), and many more! I have been personal training for 4 years now and it's truly a passion of mine. Rehab, strength training, beginner weight training, full body workouts, athletic training & conditioning are just to name a few of what my specialties are.

I began my career at a young age with ballet and tap dance. I always had to be in the spotlight! Passionate about dance, I continued to learn the different genres of dance throughout my life. In high school I was a member of the dance team performing at half time shows for our sporting events, and participating in local parades. While in high school I modeled for a modeling agency and conducted fashion shows around the city and was featured in the local newspaper and on TV. I participated in competitive fashion shows and won 2nd place in Female Fashion Runway category at the Mike Beaty fashion conference in Dallas, TX (1995) competing against 600 other girls.
After high school, I wanted to incorporate the fitness aspect into my dance background so I bought a dance fitness franchise in 2005. While owning the franchise I performed at half time shows for the Houston Rockets basketball team. In Houston I took college courses but was undecided on my degree. In 2010 I received my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Science Management from The University of Phoenix. Over the years, I have held many fitness certifications and training: group fitness dance, Jazzercise, BodyPump, Kickbpoxing and Pilates. I have been teaching group exercise classes and motivating and empowering women for over 10 years, and absolutely love what I do. I can inspire you, while being inspired by you.
Through years of hard work, dedication, discipline, and guidance from my track and strength and conditioning coaches, I excelled and broke collegiate records which I still hold to this day.
My successful athletic background built my foundation for my success and passion as a Certified Personal Trainer in Dallas and Online Coach to men and women all over the world! My mission is lead by example, encourage, motivate, and inspire others to be the best version of themselves through exercise, strength training, and proper nutrition.
After college, I was first a Stock Broker and Retirement Planner with my Series 7 License and Series 63 License for 4 years, while training clients part time the last 2 years there. In March 2017, I took a leap of faith, pursued my passion, started my own business, created my own programs and started training clients full time. I have now been lifting for 13 years and training clients for 3 years and absolutely love being able to educate and help others every single day!
